of IGS2003 participants. The last rooms can
be reserved at a rate of US$200/night.

Old Town Scottsdale, located across
the street from the Marriott. Each
room is a suite, and includes a refridgerator,
microwave, and high-speed internet service.
Room rates are $89/night, including a continential

Official
IGS/AFDE BANQUET
Scottsdale
Culinary Institute -
Tuesday - November 4, 2003, 6:30 - 10 pm. The
banquet will be held at L'Academie, located
in the Scottsdale Culinary Insitute, a 5 minute
walk North from the Conference Venue (Click
to view a picture). L'Academie
is a Bistro-style cafe specialized in Southern
France and Northern Italian cuisine that offers
an a la carte menu of salads, gilled panini
sandwiches, hand-made gourmet pizzas, and classic
entrees such as bouillabaisse and freshly-made
pasta dishes. Guests will order directly off
the menu, and wine will be served with dinner.
The Institute requests that not more than two
people per table order the same entree. Jake
and Ange Good Bear, Native American
flute players, will provide entertainment and
discuss their culture.
Preregistration
required:
Reservations for the banquet must be made by
Friday, October 31st. The Institute will not
be able to accomodate walk-ins at the banquet.

Rawhide
(Details)
A
bus will leave from the Marriott Suites hotel
on Monday, November 3, 2003, 6:30. Back around
10 pm.
Program
includes Cowboy style Dinner cookout with barbeque,
Entertainment - Live Western music, Rawhide
wranglers. Costs- $60 per person includes transportation,
dinner cook out sessions and entertainment.
If you wish to attend, please indicate on the
registration form or the online payment form.
