o InkML : This data format is intended to be applied in a wide range of research and industrial pen applications. Moreover, it will succeed/extent the UNIPEN data format.

The initiators of the activities are Lambert and Giovanni Seni (Motorola) in 2001. Today, the group comprises additional members from Apple, Corel, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, HP, IBM, W3C (staff contact), Pace University and University of Western Ontario.
